DESCRIPTION: We retrofitted all the existing T12 Office fixtures with new Electronic ballasts and T8 LED tubes. We also replaced all the 6” Fluorescent potlights with new LED downlight kits. One section where there were 8 separate cubicles, we added LED flat panels with individual switching that also included 0-10v dimming.
